We have developed a wide array of bounce moves called “band-o-metrics” that will not only target your core, but also your lower body, and upper body as well.
Will it be painful?
At first its will be difficult to engage your core for 10 minutes straight, that’s ok. The more you bounce, the more you will build up your endurance. Warning! After about the 3rd day, your core will be extremely sore! regroup, recover, and keep bouncing!
